If you don’t receive your plan in 2 hours, please check your SPAM box first, sometimes the email with the link to a plan ends up there. If you can’t find it there, please go to this link https://dofasting.com/myplan and you will be able to access your plan by entering the email that you have used while purchasing the plan.

How long does it take to get the my personalized fasting plan?

Usually, it takes about 2 hours for our professional nutritionists to review the plan based on all of the information that you have provided and share it with you. My link is not working

This is a very rare error, but sometimes it could happen for a few different reasons, including the ones related to the third party services that we are using to provide the best experience for you. If you are contacting us because of this issue, we will help you and investigate the case as soon as possible.

How long can I use the plan for?

You will have lifetime access to you DoFasting meal plan.

Can I change my meal plan?

No, we conduct the personalized plan only once, if you want a different or new plan you have to get in touch with us.

What should I drink during the fasting?

Water is going to be your main choice of drink. You can also drink coffee and tea. You can not drink sugary drinks as they have too many carbohydrates.

How much weight will I lose?

It is totally dependant on you. If you add exercise and eat healthy food, then obviously the results will be more drastic.

How can I get a refund?

We’ll be really sorry to see you go, but if you want to cancel your meal plan you can apply for a refund within 14 days. You can get a partial refund by contacting our customer support (email address: [email protected]). Please provide detailed information on how the diet plan we have supplied to you has not met the product description on our website and attach the receipt of your payment to the email.
