The 7-day Challenge that allows you to “test your waters.” It’s great for those who are fairly unfamiliar with intermittent fasting and need additional guidance. Commit to one week of fasting, see how you like it, and then hopefully move on to something bigger!
The 14-day Challenge gives you enough time to see a clear difference in your body and mind. It’s the in-between challenge for those who are pretty sure they can fast longer, but don’t want to make too big of a commitment.
The 28-day Challenge means a full-body transformation. That’s the challenge you choose when you really want to see a huge difference. It’s not drastically long – but it’s definitely enough to turn you into a real fasting pro.
